On 17 Jan 2021 Prerna Malhotra Soni got an Inspiring Super Women Award for her inspiration to the society & taking forward the vision of Skill India by imparting digital rural education and providing employment to the youth of our nation.

Her initiative of launching Skill Oriented National Institute (S.O.N.I.) has provided 500 plus rural & under privileged students, empowerment and livelihood to their families.

The USP of (S.O.N.I.) is providing skill education by using latest technology Digital learning platform Nursing Career Club & On Job Training where by the students not only get accustomed to using computers and IT systems but also get trained in some of the finest hospitals in the country by Qualified Doctors, thus making them immediately employable.

For this unique digital initiative Prerna Malhotra Soni got recognition as inspiring Super Women Award 2021.
